Face to face, one on one enrollments are almost always a standard procedure when Alexander & Company enrolls your employees. You and your employees should expect more than to just be enrolled in benefit plans.
Our enrollment professionals are trained on the employer's specific benefit plans so they are able to answer specific questions. Our enrollers are never paid commissions for their work, you will know the advice you get is good advice.
With face to face enrollments, your employees will have a scheduled interview with a licensed enroller who will take them through the entire enrollment process. If a web-based enrollment system is used, your employees can also be shown how to use the system during the interview.
We enroll by many different methods because we recognize the differences in our clients, there has never been a one-size-fits-all enrollment solution and we understand that. We offer face to face enrollments, web-based self service enrollments, enroller assisted web-based enrollments, call centers, group enrollments, group enrollments over the internet or any combination of the above.
