As the son of a 22-year Superintendent, our founder, Dale Alexander, saw first-hand the frustrations his father and school systems faced when dealing with their insurance and investment programs.  So he set out to do something about it.

49 school systems and colleges later, Alexander & Company has become a leader in employee benefits for the educational community.  Our trademarked, one-of-a-kind processes, tools and services are specifically built and tested to take the “insurance burden” off the educator’s plate.
