Who is Invest-N-U?

Invest-N-U is an independent advisory firm committed to assisting public schools with the implementation of supplemental saving plans that work.  The leadership of the firm has over 20 years of experience working with public schools and over a decade of experience with establishing and monitoring the success of these plans.  As a testimony to this experience, the plans we advise on experience much higher levels of employee participation, higher employee deferrals, substantially improved employee portfolio diversification, and therefore better retirement outcomes for all participating employees.

Any school looking to build a higher quality workforce is seeking ways to attract and retain employees.  Supplemental retirement plans, if designed, implemented and communicated appropriately, can be one of the most visible and appreciated employee benefits.  A byproduct of this improved design is that these plans also become much easier to administer and the compliance is simplified.
